EVOLUTION
New beginnings
Lions Peak has been part of the California growth of the wine industry since 1992. We were farmers first, and then became producers of boutique, ultra-premium wines. Our guiding star has always been creating the absolute best wines for discerning wine enthusiasts and that are environmentally friendly.. Based on our knowledge at the time, and the opportunities that came our way, the path to this goal was to integrate a grape-growing enterprise with wine making and offering Lions Peak directly to our club members and others who wish to purchase Lions Peak wines. We have worked extensively , experienced some wonderful opportunities, and, of course ,learned about new wine-making technology. In essence, our one goal is providing our customers with the ultra-premium wines.
Along the way, we discovered that, contrary to public perception, Lions Peak could only go so far toward reaching our goal by growing our own grapes. This knowledge, common sense, and commitment to fair-dealing has evolved Lions Peak Fine Wines to the threshold of our next evolution.
Jennifer Soni has produced a wine collection that reflects her passion to produce wines based on terroir and procuring only the best fruit available from recognized growers throughout the Paso Robles, Santa Barbara, and Monterrey appellations in the Central California Coast .
By taking these additional steps of diversification, Lions Peak is in the lucrative position to provide boutique wines from select regions that our winemaker-sommelier is excited to produce and share with our Family of Friends!
Lions Peak’s focus will be on the production of small lots of premium wines along with wine education of our portfolio of wines. We are looking forward to having zoom events for our club members that will focus on Lions Peak’s wines, wine education , food pairings, and information knowledge about Old and New World wines.
