Lions Peak Estate’s first commerical 100% Cabernet Sauvignon vintage. The wine is from the historical first block that was planted in the 1970’s by the founder.
100% Cabernet Sauvignon that was barrel age in a combintation of French and American oak. A classical French styled Cabernet Sauvignon that exhibits fruit flavors of black cherry and black currants and floral notes of violets. The wine is medium bodied. If you are into Lions Peak Cabernet Sauvignon, the wine is a collectors classic.
The Cabernet Sauvignon Vines are own rooted…totally 100% varietal.
