Lions Peak 1997 Cabernet Sauvignon is known as the vintage of the March miracles! After many yers of drought, the rains returned to full force. This vintage is rich and full-bodied. The Cabernet Sauvignon is 100% Estate Grown and barrel aged in French and American oak. The wine exhibits flavors of black cherries and licorice with earthiness. The wine has high tannins and acidity; however,the tannins have softened over the years. Lions Peak’s 1997 Cabernet Sauvignon is a vintage for collectors and not to be missed. Limited inventory of this library wine remains.
