Lions Peak's small lots of Malbec have been aged in 100% French oak cooperage. the wine is dry, full bodied, and balanced and exhibits a profile of ripe fruit flavors of plums, black cherry aromas. The wine is dark and, inky purple in color.T his complex wine has earthly aromas and pairs well ith barbecue, sausage, and other other cuisine., as well as, rich cheese.
