Lions Peak sparkling wine is crafted using the centuries old ” Methode Champenoise” process. The wine has a delicate fruit flavord bouquet of fresh apple, strawberry, and creamy yeast that is balanced on the palate with touches of stone fruit, flowers, and toast. The medium bodied palate offers refined acidity and a long and lingering finish. It is the perfect accompaniment for the family and friends to enhance their favorite food or occasion. The sparkling wine is a delicate blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Pinot Meunier.
