This collection of whites is perfect for those of you who want to hit the full spectrum of body and flavor. For starters, it's the holidays. Family is in town and who doesn't like bubbles? They're perfect in the morning while you're cooking breakfast for the family in your PJs or to have in the evening celebrating. Our full-bodied Chardonnay is unoaked, which means that the fruit isn't fighting to get through the wood. It's great to enjoy by itself or pair with your seafood or veggie dishes. The Chardonnay has citrus, melon, pear, and apple notes. Finally, our "Sisters" wine. What's fun about this one is that it's a convergence of Chardonnay, Viognier, andSauvignon Blanc. You get everything in the Chardonnay, but you add stone fruit and honeysuckle with the Viognier, and some mineral earthiness with the Sauvignon Blanc. The Sisters is a medium-bodied wine that's been aged in neutral French oak.
