THE LIONS PEAK TASTING ROOM. "WINE SALON”
From our inception in the early 1990s, our guiding star has always been creating the absolute best wines for discerning wine enthusiasts. Based on our knowledge at the time and the opportunities that came our way, the path to this goal was to vertically integrate a grape-growing enterprise with wine making and wine retailing. In essence, three integrated businesses with one goal: providing our customers with the finest wines at the best possible, most affordable price. We worked hard at all three businesses, took a few breaks along the way and, of course, learned a lot about wine-making technology and the quality tips of the wine industry.
A “salon” is a gathering of people for the purpose of good conversation and inspiration, and what better inducement to both great wine & a stunning tasting room interior? Since 1998, Lions Peak has welcomed guests to our Tasting Rooms. “Our focus is on having an environment in which our tasters have a tasting room and salon interior that shifts their tasting to a more private individual tasting.”
The tasting room is open for sit-down wine tastings by reservations and walk-ins. If you prefer a standard flight from our tasting menu of five (5) red or five (5) white selections and you are a party of two or three reservations generally are not required, on our scheduled hours of Wine Tastings.
Other than a standard red or white wine flight. Lions Peak offers an assortment of tasting menus for our selection ranging from premium reds and whites to chocolate and port pairings. Wine flights vary from $25.00 to $35.00 with additional pours offered for $2.50 each.
